The sentiments are from the Better Together stamp set, which also includes sentiments for several different occasions. This card could easily be replicated in multiples using the variety of occasions in the set, and in the different In Colors, to help you be prepared with cards for any occasion.

Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets to the rescue for Detailed Dies!

One of the challenges with intricate die cuts is figuring out how to adhere them to your project. We are not fans of glue, no matter how fine the tip is or how clean it's supposed to be, let's just say we HATE IT!!! Any form of it!!! It's messy and gets everywhere, regardless of how careful you are with it!!! But that's why there are so many options for adhesive, to each his own, right? Well, we were SO EXCITED to see these Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets in the new 2017-18 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog! These are AMAZING! If you haven't tried them, we strongly encourage it for those detailed dies, like the new Happy Birthday Thinlit. It's easy, you cut the size cardstock or DSP that you need to fit the die, and cut that same size of the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet. You'll remove one side of the adhesive sheet and stick the cardstock or DSP to it. After you run it through the Big Shot, you simply peel off the die cut and stick it to your project, no mess whatsoever! This card also features one of the new 2017-19 Stampin' Up! In Colors, Tranquil Tide. The simple card features the coordinating Fresh Florals DSP and 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon.

Introducing Lemon Lime Twist

One of the NEW 2017-2019 beautiful Stampin' Up! In Colors! Every year, before a new collection of In Colors gets revealed, we find ourselves wondering whether we'll like them or not...and, whether or not we react positively to them at first, we always end up loving them (mostly)! It's refreshing to get new colors, it breathes new life into existing products like ink pads and cardstock, and inspires new ideas with new products like Designer Series Paper, ribbon, and new stamp sets! Here's a card using the new Lemon Lime Twist, and it will be offered in our In Color card kit class very soon! The sentiment is from a new stamp set called Happy Birthday Gorgeous. We also used the Stitched Shapes Framelits, Layering Ovals Framelits, Lemon Lime Twist 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon, and Fresh Florals Designer Paper Series Stack. The card design was inspired by several fellow demonstrators, but specifically by Dawn Bourgette.
